VibePass

Terms of Service

Last updated 1 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and VibePass Limited, trading as VibePass. By creating an account, buying a membership or booking an event, you accept them.

Who we are

VibePass is operated by VibePass Limited, a company registered in Ghana (company number [to be confirmed]), registered office [to be confirmed]. You can reach us at admin@vibepassltd.com.

Who can join

You must be 18 or over to hold a VibePass account. Many of our events are at venues that serve alcohol and have their own age rules, and you may be asked for photo ID at the door. An account is personal to you: do not share your login, your membership or your event passes with anyone else.

Membership and credits

A membership is a monthly subscription. Each month it gives you an allowance of credits, which are what you spend to book events. Credits are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.

  • Your monthly allowance arrives when your payment succeeds, and again on each renewal.
  • On plans without rollover, credits left at the end of the month are removed when the new allowance arrives.
  • Top-up credits you buy separately stay in your wallet until you spend them.
  • If a payment fails, your membership stays active while the payment is retried. If it keeps failing, the membership ends and you return to the free plan.

Prices and changes

Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable tax. We may change plan prices, credit prices or monthly allowances. If a change affects what you already pay, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel before the next renewal if you do not want to continue.

The credit price of an event is set per event and can differ between venues, nights and demand. The price shown when you book is the price you pay.

Booking and attending events

Booking an event spends credits immediately and issues you a pass. The venue scans that pass at the door. Bring it, and bring ID.

  • You can cancel a booking and get your credits back up to 24 hours before the event starts.
  • Events are run by the venues and organisers, not by us. Their rules — dress code, entry time, capacity, behaviour — apply while you are there.
  • A venue can refuse entry. Where that is our fault or the venue's, you get your credits back; where it is because of your own conduct, age or timing, you do not.
  • Events can be changed or cancelled by the venue. If that happens, we return your credits in full and tell you.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel your membership at any time from the app. You keep your plan until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. What we refund, and when, is set out in full on our Refunds & Cancellations page, which forms part of these terms.

How you may use VibePass

Do not:

  • Resell, transfer or advertise memberships, credits or event passes.
  • Use someone else's account, or let someone else use yours.
  • Book events you do not intend to attend, or repeatedly cancel late in a way that denies places to other members.
  • Harass other members, our staff, venue staff or performers — at an event or through the app.
  • Interfere with the service, attempt to obtain credits you have not paid for, or access data that is not yours.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account. Where we close an account for misuse, unspent credits are not refunded. Where we close it for any other reason, we refund what our refunds policy says is owed.

Posts, chat and messages

You are responsible for what you post, comment and send on VibePass. We have no tolerance for abusive content or behaviour, and you must not share anything that:

  • harasses, bullies, threatens or demeans anyone, or attacks people for who they are;
  • is sexually explicit, violent, or shows harm to anyone;
  • is spam, a scam, or advertising we have not agreed to;
  • breaks the law or someone else's rights, including their privacy.

Every post, comment and chat message has a Report option, and you can block anyone so you no longer see what they share. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or close the accounts of the people who post it.

Venues and partners

We curate and book access; we do not run the venues. Contracts for what happens at an event — entry, service, safety, your conduct — are between you and that venue. We are responsible for the VibePass service itself: your membership, your credits, your bookings and your data.

What we are responsible for

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that we could not have reasonably expected, for an event being cancelled or changed by a venue beyond returning your credits, or for anything that happens to you at a venue that is outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, you keep all of your statutory rights.

Your account and our service

You can close your account at any time. We may change or discontinue parts of the service, and we will give notice where a change materially affects what you have paid for. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use VibePass after a change means you accept the new version.

Law and disputes

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the UK courts. Talk to us first: most things are settled faster by email than by anyone's legal department.
